Orange & Mustard dressing
You'll love this dressing! Tahini dressings are super easy to make, they don't require any equipment - just a bowl and a whisk or fork!
This orange and mustard dressing goes nicely in green salads, mixed into boiled potatoes for a lovely potato salad, drizzled over vegan burgers or you can even use it as a dip for chips. ;)
No need to follow the exact measurements, ajust according to your taste and the consistency you're going for.
The measurements below are for 1 small serving, about 1/4 cup, so feel free to double or triple the recipe if you're making more than 1 serving.
This recipe is ready in 2 minutes, you don't need any complicated ingredients, and you probably already have everything in your kitchen already (if you don't you can substitute - the tahini for another seed or nut butter, the orange juice for lemon juice, the agave syrup for maple syrup or brown sugar, aaannnd the mustard for... another kind of mustard).
I always make sure to have a jar of tahini on hand (I will post the recipe for this very soon).
Now here's the recipe!
